Please complete this form if you are interested in working with Salt Lake City Public Library staff to plan and present an event or program for the public. We are currently accepting partnership requests for Spring 2023 and beyond.

Submitting this form is the first step to working with the Library and you will be asked for general details about your program. We want to make sure that we are the right partner for you and that we can help make your program a success! The City Library receives a large number of program requests; you will receive a response within seven business days. Library staff will consider the following criteria when reviewing submissions:
• Alignment with Library's mission, goals, and community relevance
• The event is free and open to the public
• Staff capacity
• Scheduling
• Space availability

What are the direct costs associated with your program? Direct costs include paying a presenter, craft supplies, food, etc. If the Library partners on this program, staff costs, venue, and other costs may be covered at the discretion of the library staff member.
Event sales *

Applicants using library meeting rooms may not charge an admission or registration fee or take up a collection for entrance to or participation in a meeting or program except for activities sponsored by the Friends of the Salt Lake City Public Library or by those applicants paying a rental fee. The applicant may not sell any materials (including books) or collect any other fees, charges, or donations unless a member of Library Administration gives prior approval of such sales or collections.

How will you know this program has been successful? Some measures of success include: audience size or positive outcomes (attendees express a change in attitude, knowledge, or behavior).
