Vendor Registration Form - Trick or Treat 2026
The Village of Marvin's 5th Annual Trick or Treat in the Park event will bring children and families to Marvin Efird Park at 8909 New Town Rd, Marvin, NC 28173 on Friday, October 23rd from 5-8 pm to have some safe, and not-too-scary Halloween fun. This events brings between 1,200-1,500 people to our park each year! Marvin will provide the following activities: music, crafts, games, fun inflatables, photo ops, refreshments and promotions to draw families to the event. 

The Village needs businesses like yours to be a big part of this event by being “trick or treat” stations where you will hand out candy & treats (and free promotional items) to trick or treaters and their parents.  It only costs a $25 DEPOSIT to be a Trick or Treat Vendor.  You will receive a dedicated 10x10 space for you to set up a trunk OR a tent and tables decorated in different Halloween themes.  From Dracula’s Castle to a Mummy’s Tomb or even a Witches’ brew, the creative ideas will be up to you!

Trick or Treat Vendors are asked to provide up to 1200 pieces of candy (MORE IS BETTER) for our Trick or Treating families.  Along with candy, games can also be offered at your table, along with marketing items/swag/brochures and even sales on site. Upon acceptance of this Agreement with the Village of Marvin, I/we understand that my business will be a Trick or Treat Vendor at Trick or Treat in the Park on October 23, 2026.  I/we understand that the business is serving as a Trick or Treat Vendor and will be allowed to come to begin set-up at my assigned trick or treat booth beginning at 1 pm on Oct. 23, 2026 and must be set up and ready by 5pm.  This will include decorations, and any other Halloween prop that will make a fun & festive table.  I/we understand that Trick or Treat Vendors can promote their business at this event via signs, cards, hand-outs, & other free promotional items.  I/we understand that the business serving as a Trick or Treat Vendor will also provide 1,200 pieces of candy to the event’s participants.  I/we understand that all Trick or Treat Vendors must have a representative present at their table from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. I/we understand the Village of Marvin will promote the businesses who are participating in Social media posts as well as in the resident newsletter.   *
