Assignment of vendor space will be at the promoter’s discretion and the vendor must exhibit within the space provided.

Booth set up is available from 10am-5pm on Thursday, September 28th. NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET UP OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES. All vendors must remain open during the festival hours. No items may be left unattended. The Market will be locked during closed times. The Market will be open on Friday, September 29th, from 9:00am – 5:00 pm and Saturday, September 30th from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Packing will not be permitted until the close of the festival at 4:00 pm Saturday.

Please unload your vehicle quickly and move it from the loading dock. Be kind to your fellow vendors. There will be only one door on the loading dock, after the festival begins for entering and exiting. Please make sure to have your name badge to enter and exit.

Two name badges are issued per application. Exhibitors and helpers must wear name tags at all times. Additional badges may be purchased at $10 each for festival days only. All persons entering the building must wear name tags.

Sharing of booths is permitted; however, the vendor applying via this application is solely responsible for fees to the promoter. Both vendors must fill out an application for jurying please note that you are sharing. Vendors sharing space must work out their own split fee arrangements between themselves.

Vendors are required to provide a Door Prize valued at a minimum of $30. We will announce winners during market hours and send them to your booth to collect door prize.

Vendors are required to collect Mississippi State Sales Tax on taxable sales at 7%An event Sales Tax ID has been set up with the Mississippi Department of Revenue. Exhibitor agrees and understands that they will fill out a sales tax form and include by check or cash any tax owed to the Mississippi Department of Revenue. Sales tax will be collected at end of event before beginning packing up and will be mailed collectively to state. Please make check payable to Fiber Fun in the ‘Sip.

I, _____________________, authorize Fiber Fun in the ‘Sip to make pictures and/or sound recordings of me and use the same in any form for its purposes and consent that the pictures and recordings may be copied, published, telecast, or broadcast for such purposes together with descriptions and editorial statements.

Because this is an indoor event, the festival will not be canceled or rescheduled due to weather. If you choose not to attend or participate, no fees will be returned.

Vendor agrees to hold blameless the promoter, Vicksburg Convention Center, Fiber Fun in the ‘Sip, its employees, officials, principals, and members, and expressly release it from all liability from loss or damage caused to persons or property for any cause whatsoever. Vendor shall indemnify Vicksburg Convention Center, Fiber Fun in the ‘Sip against all liability or expenses rising out of any claim or injury, damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees.
