Thank you for your interest in participating in the upcoming Great New England BBQ & Food Truck Festival 2019.

We are looking forward to an event filled with excitement and fun!!

We are excited about your interest in becoming a vendor. We are keeping only a limited amount of booths/trucks per category so do not wait to register.

All Vendors must complete an application form either online or download and mail. You are also required to submit two products photos and one of your booth (crafters/artisans) and a photo of your food truck and menu (food trucks). Thank you for your compliance- failure to submit the required photos will result in a denial of application.

Event will take place
Saturday, August 10 11am - 7pm
Sunday, August 11 11am - 6pm

Move in- Friday after 3pm and Saturday morning 7am - 9am

Craft/Artisan 10 x 10 booth $125 (20 x 10 booth $200) Electric +$25

Food Truck 20 x 12 space $350 (sorry, no electric available)

Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Application and deposit must be received to secure space. No space is guaranteed.

Crafters & Artisan booths will be located indoors (adjacent to parking lot and accessible from parking lot), Food Trucks will be based outdoors on the perimeter of the parking lot (right lot facing club front).

Once we have received your application and photos, we will review your application. This is a juried event. You will be notified of your application status within 10 business days of receipt.

Promoter (Great New England Craft & Artisan Shows) will secure all permits. Inspection will be Saturday morning at 9:30am. All Food Trucks and Artisans must be set up and ready for inspection by the Fire Department and potentially the Health Department.

Upon acceptance and receipt of payment we will begin to promote your business on our website and various media platforms. The earlier you register, the more promotion your business will receive. Space is limited, so register early!
