Band Information:

Grades 5-8 
All learning levels welcome. Expert training provided. Positions for certain instruments are limited.
Due to very limited rehearsal time, before and/or after-school private lessons are required for all band members (charges apply). Instructors are available at SAA.

Rehearsals: 
Tuesdays at 7:15-7:55 AM

Instruments:
The music department has some instruments for loan (fee of $50 semester). 
Recommended rental/retail store: High School Music (www.hsmusicservice.com)
Please contact the director if another store is used.
All rentals at HSM are rent-to-own and are transferable. 
New and used instruments for purchase are also available at the store.

Members of the SAA band program play for Academy concerts, parades, and spirit events.
Music is chosen from patriotic, pop, jazz, musical theater, and rock music.
