BigQuery Search Index Optimizations Now GA

BigQuery search indexes optimizations for the SEARCH function predicate and others such as = (EQUAL), IN, STARTS_WITH and limited LIKE.  

The feature has already been GA. So you can create a search index and use the feature without any further enablement.
