If you are dropping off more than one bicycle you will need to submit two versions of this form. Please note that after you submit this form you will need to print a copy of the confirmation email and securely attach it to the handle bars before dropping off at our location.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BICYCLE ON OUR FRONT DECK IF THE STORE OPEN SIGN IS NOT LIT. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PRINTER AT HOME TO PRINT OFF THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR THIS DROP OFF SERVICE

Current wait times are between 10-14 days, depending on the work to be completed. Flat Tires and Scooter repairs are approx 3-5 days. We will contact you via email or phone when your bicycle is ready for pick-up.
Our Standard Tune-ups Include: 60 point inspection and adjustment of all components, including wheel Truing, Wheel cone grease and adjustment, Light drivetrain and frame cleaning, Frame inspection, Labour included for most additional component installs.
We will call you if there are any additional charges or items needed to complete your bicycle repair.

Please note that you will need to print the confirmation email that you will receive after submitting this form. Once the form is printed please securely attach it to the handlebars of the bicycle and leave on our front deck during the hours listed on our website.
DO NOT LEAVE ON OUR FRONT DECK IF THE STORE OPEN SIGN IS NOT LIT. We are not responsible for customer items left on the front deck outside of business hours. If the open sign is on, you are good to drop on the deck. A member of our team will bring it inside shortly after for processing.
If you do not get a confirmation email please check your spam folder. We will contact you when your bicycle is ready for pick up. We are grateful for your support.
