I hereby grant Amelia Community Theatre permission to use my image, likeness, and the sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, marketing, or promotions, including (but not limited to) web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.I hereby authorize Amelia Community Theatre to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute my image, likeness, and voice for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my image, likeness, or voice appears or is heard; additionally, I waive any right to royalties related to the use of such products.There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.I understand and agree that all photos, videos, audio, and recordings taken while at Amelia Community Theatre will become and remain the property of Amelia Community Theatre.
