2025-25 CUSD Bus Pass Online Renewal Form (Full Fare - $575.00) and Online Payment
Current bus pass holders can renew their bus riding privileges for the next school year without reapplying, ensuring a seat on the bus to the same school. Please use this form to confirm your renewal by 1:00PM on May 30, 2025. If you renew online using this form, you must also make the bus pass payment online through e-Funds. An e-Funds payment link will be sent to your email after submitting the renewal form.

Renewal passes are only available if a student meets ALL the following criteria:
* Student is an active bus rider for the 2024-25 school year
* Student resides at the same address 
* Student is returning to the same school 
* Renewal form and payment (must be received the same day) are submitted prior to the deadline
