EIC - Request for Room Reservation
Use for requesting rooms at the EIC. You will receive a notification within 24 hours of your reservation. Please make reservations at least a day in advance or during normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm). DO NOT USE THE ROOM WITHOUT CONFIRMATION!

Please note: Conference rooms, Lecture Room 1, and the Digital Media room are not construction areas. Do not bring project items for construction in these rooms.

Digital Media room, Lecture rooms, and the Presentation Area require approval in advance by the EIC manager for use.

No food or drink in any conference, lecture or digital rooms.
