TOPIC: This session will focus on common objections from trademark examiners, as well as improvements introduced by the Bureau of Trademarks to expedite prosecution of trademarks, as well as the salient points of the proposed revision of the Implementing Rules and Regulation for Trademarks.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) thru its Trademark Office Practice Asia & Pacific Sub-Committee will share the recent results of INTA’s “Future of the IP Office” report and current initiatives related to IPO innovation and the future of IP.
