CIL Jacksonville's Careers 360 Youth Career Camp is a free career-focused camp providing Pre-Employment Transition Services for individuals ages 14-21 who are continuing their education during the 2020-2021 school year. This is a virtual camp serving Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau and St. Johns counties youth with disabilities. Youth will need a referral by Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) in one of the above counties to participate. We are happy to connect you to VR to get started, but please note it may take time for VR to process requests. Please complete this form for each interested youth.
