Community Support Request
The Franklin Cares initiative is a means of mobilizing our community to assist one another during these uncertain and difficult days. If you are a resident of Franklin, WI and are in need of non-medical support due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, please fill out this short form and you will be matched with a community volunteer who will contact you with assistance. If you know of someone in need who does not have computer access, please send a message to the email below and we'll make every effort to reach out to them.
Types of support our volunteers offer:
Someone to run errands: pick up groceries, prescriptions, make a post office run, etc..
Meal prep with door delivery
Calling to check on elderly or disabled residents
By leaving your phone number, you agree that our volunteers may share it for the purposes of contacting you to discuss your needs and make arrangements. Our volunteers are not medical professionals and cannot make medical assessments or give advice other than refer you to the Franklin Health Department at 414-425-9101.
