IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. This document should only be completed after your College List is finalized and you have organized the required documents and deadlines for each of the schools to which you are applying. If you have not yet met with Mrs. Jen, please book an appointment through https://calendly.com/jennifer_l/college-advising-appointment.

2. Students are responsible for submitting test scores (SAT/ACT/IELTS/TOEFL/AP) to universities. This should be done directly through the various testing agencies and should be done at least 2 weeks in advance of the application deadline. ICS does not keep score reports on file for students.

3. Teacher and Counselor Recommendation Letters are kept confidential and on file in the Counseling division. Our school policy does not allow these letters to be given to the student directly and official recommendation letters can only be sent/uploaded from our school to the appropriate university. If you are applying to Korea or Thailand, please talk to your Counselor about special considerations.

4. Students applying through the UC Application System (all University of California schools) will not need to fill out this form at the time of application (official transcripts and recommendation letters are not required). You may need to submit official documents at a later date when you elect/enroll into the UC school.

5. A 2024/2025 ICS School Profile will be included with all documents submitted for university applications.

6. It is ultimately the students responsibility to ensure all requested application and supporting documents are submitted on time.
