Attendance at the July 16th volunteer picnic at 5:30pm in the St Clement courtyard is strongly encouraged! The first 50 volunteers will receive TOT t-shirts. Look for emails from Michael Henry with schedule info (michaelphenry93@gmail.com). The last day to sign up to volunteer is July 11th. Thank you for helping and do not forget to also register for each event in order to receive a drink ticket!

Set up (6pm to 9pm)

Registration (6pm to 9pm) This position will help people check-in and/or register when they show up.

Food and Drink (6:30pm to 9pm) This position will help check IDs and assist buffet line.

Hospitality (6:30pm to 9pm) This group is for people who want to be social and help those who are new to St. Clement events feel welcomed.
