The City of Española & Rio Arriba County are accepting applications for Small Business Continuity Grants under the Federal CARES Act of 2020. Businesses based in Española and/or Rio Arriba County with fewer than 50 employees and less than $2 million annual revenue may be able to receive grant funding for expenses related to Covid-19.
