LIABILITY, SALES, & PROMOTION:The Dayton Society of Artists does not insure work in transit to or from the gallery. Artists maintain responsibility of insuring the work during shipping and travel. The DSA has Fine Art Coverage Insurance. Any insurance claims must be accompanied by documentation of past sales and/or professional 3rd party appraisals. DSA may use artwork or pictures including artwork in promotional materials for current or future exhibits. DSA takes no commission on sales during the exhibition and appreciates any donations from sales. As a nonprofit, we appreciate volunteers and there are many volunteer opportunities. *
