Submitting this request might change the amount I am billed for trash pick-up. Prices are subject to change as determined by the City Council, the current Fee Schedule can be found at lewistonutah.gov. I understand that these containers belong to the City of Lewiston and must remain with the above listed property. I understand that I am responsible for all fees associated with these containers. I understand that I am responsible for damage or loss of a container in the case of negligence. I understand that all containers must be placed on the roadside before 7:00 am and pulled in by the end of the day on the designated collection day. If I have chosen a 60-gallon container, I acknowledge that I WILL NOT overload the container. I understand that if I do, I may be traded to the 90-gallon size with the associated fees. All cans, black or blue, are used for general trash collection. There is no longer a recycling program.
