GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY: If you are joining a group coaching environment, I ask every member to carefully protect the identifying details of all other group members. PERSONAL VS PROFESSIONAL USE: Occasionally, helping professionals seek coaching support as individuals healing from their relational trauma. In such situations, these participants are asked to interact in coaching sessions as clients, not as professional peers and colleagues. All such parties who seek coaching from Gaelyn agree to honor Gaelyn’s intellectual property, with special consideration for her developed material; this includes (but is not limited to) promotional text and artwork; group session format, layout and language; topic titles and subtitles; all provided material, worksheets, exercises, resource lists, peripheral support tools and more. All participants agree to utilize provided material EXCLUSIVELY for personal application, and commit to refrain from using this content when working with clients, colleagues or congregants, in any formal or professional application, except with specific written permission. Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination from coaching with Gaelyn, with no refund of fees paid or owed, and is subject to legal action for infringement
