Chestnut Oaks Community -  Possible Covenant Amendment Survey
Article 7.18 in the Homeowners Association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) prohibits trampolines on any lot, but allows swing sets, basketball hoops, and play structures.  This is a survey to determine if there's sufficient interest in the community to amend the CCRs and allow trampolines.  

Note:  This is not an official ballot and your answers are not binding.  However, your feedback will help us make a decision to move forward with an official vote or not.  Your participation is very much appreciated!

Do you think it's important for the homeowner's association to prohibit trampolines on private property? *
Would you support an amendment to the CCRs that would allow homeowners to have trampolines on their property, provided they comply with the regulations for similar exercise equipment (it must be located within building setback lines, approved by the Architectural Control Committee, etc.)?
