HVTF will be held on:
Friday, November 20th | Virtual conference from 10-5:45pm
(Friday's workshops are focused on better serving TGNCNB people)

&

Saturday, November 21st | Virtual conference from 10-5:45pm
Virtual, gender-inclusive makeup class presented by MAC Bloomingdales White Plains (6-6:45pm)
HVTF Night of Resilience: a community party with music, inspiration, and special performances (7-8pm)
(Saturday's workshops are focused on TGNCNB pride & empowerment)

Several Transgender Day of Remembrance ceremonies will be held throughout the day on Thursday & Friday (more info at loftgaycenter.org/tdor_hudson_valley_2020) | select that you are interested in attending TDOR on this form to receive access information to these events

All HVTF events will be held VIRTUALLY via Zoom, a free online web/audio platform. You can access Zoom through your computer, Smartphone app, or by phone call.

Opening remarks and our keynote presentation will begin at 10am. Followed by workshops, discussions, and community events! We encourage you to join all day, or for the events that best fit your schedule & interests.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZOOM LINK TO THE EVENT DAY(S) YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR.

HVTF is a free event. Your answers to the below registration questions will help The LOFT best prepare for the day.

This event is open to everyone. TGNCNB people are the center and focus of this event. You matter & your full participation is vital on both days.
