2017 ALHSLF Returning Group Leader Application

ALHSLF will be June 16-18, 2017 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) at Troy University in Troy, Alabama.

Group Leader training will start at 11:00AM on Friday June 16, 2017.
Group Leaders will be dismissed by 1:00PM on Sunday June 18, 2017.

*NOTE* This is an application for individuals who HAVE served as a Group Leader at the ALHSLF before. If you are selected, you will be contacted by a representative from the ALHSLF Board with more details.

We suggest writing your responses to short answer questions in a separate text editing document, then use copy and paste to insert them into this application. Be sure to click submit at the bottom of the form when you are finished. If selected as a Group Leader, you will be provided with a t-shirt, polo, a dorm room on campus, and meals starting Friday at lunch through Sunday at breakfast.

ALL GROUP LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY IN THE DORMS ON CAMPUS.
