Superheroes - Caregivers Support Programme

Superheroes is a programme that provides knowledge and support for caregivers who live in the east and whose loved ones face mild cognitive impairment and dementia. Sessions involve psychoeducation to learn about dementia and emotional support. 

 Caregivers will journey together within this network of support as they learn to put the knowledge gained into practice with the aim of achieving the best outcomes for themselves, their loved ones and their families.

Duration:   4 sessions
