echoserver.sinc.stonybrook.edu is retiring May 29, 2018.

If you have recordings on that server and would like to have them moved to our new ECHO server, please follow the directions below and complete this form

BEFORE you fill out this form... please take the time to login to https://echoserver.sinc.stonybrook.edu/ using your NetID and password, and DELETE all files that you do not want transferred to the new server.

Please only request to move course videos that you really will use again in the future.

If you only want specific videos from a given semester... all of the other videos need to be deleted by you before the request to transfer.  The transfer tool does not provide for individual video transfers, but rather whole semesters.

If you are requesting to move over a course and you are not the instructor of record, we must receive a letter giving permission from that original instructor.

Transfers will be made in a first come, first serve basis.  It takes time to transfer these files, so please make the request early if you expect that files will be available at the beginning of the Fall semester.
