When participating in Fat Kitty City activities, I agree that I (and/or my child, as the case may be) may be photographed for print, videotaped or otherwise electronically imaged. The images will be the sole property of Fat Kitty City and may be used by Fat Kitty City in any and all promotional materials, news releases, websites, YOUTUBE videos and any other published formats.

Waiver and Consent
In consideration for being permitted by Fat Kitty City to volunteer for Fat Kitty City, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of my volunteering for Fat Kitty City. This release is intended to discharge in advance Fat Kitty City and its officers, employees, volunteers and agents (the “Fat Kitty City Group”) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my volunteer activities for Fat Kitty City, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Fat Kitty City Group. I understand that volunteering for Fat Kitty City involves an element of risk and danger of accidents. Knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fat Kitty City Group from all loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or an injury or property damage that I may sustain or cause volunteering for Fat Kitty City.

FKC’s Location Agreement
Fat Kitty City does not publish nor publicize its location for several reasons. Please help us keep our kitties in a safe environment by agreeing to keep our location secure and not sharing our location.
