THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT THAT WILL OCCUR RAIN or SHINE.


DEFINITIONS
Throughout this application VENDOR refers to you, the applicant, and ORGANIZER refers to the group consisting of 306 Events, Amy Peacock and Darlene Hartshorn. 

SPOT INFORMATION:

OPTION 1 - DOUBLE PARKING SPOT - PERSONAL GARAGE SALE ITEMS ONLY - $20
Approx.16 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
MULTIPLE FAMILIES/HOUSEHOLDS MAY SHARE ONE SITE
No tables provided. 
All tables/racks/displays (including your vehicle) must be within in the approx. 16 foot by 10 foot space and cannot exceed this area.  Vehicles can be moved to overflow parking for maximum use of space. 
Customer shopping area must also be within this space. Customers will not have access to the sides of the space. 

OPTION 2 - DOUBLE PARKING SPOT - BUSINESS (CRAFTS OR OTHER HOME BASED BUSINESS) AND PERSONAL GARAGE SALE -  $25
Approx.16 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
MULTIPLE FAMILIES/HOUSEHOLDS MAY SHARE ONE SITE
ONLY ONE BUSINESS PER SITE 
No tables provided. 
All tables/racks/displays (including your vehicle) must be within in the approx. 16 foot by 10 foot space and cannot exceed this area.  Vehicles can be moved to overflow parking for maximum use of space.

Please ONLY select this space if you plan to bring both business and personal garage sale items.  This ensures proper placement on site map. 

OPTION 3 - DOUBLE PARKING SPOT - ALL BUSINESS (CRAFTS OR OTHER HOME BASED BUSINESS) - $25
Approx.16 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
ONLY ONE BUSINESS PER SITE 
No tables provided. 
All tables/racks/displays (including your vehicle) must be within in the approx. 16 foot by 10 foot space and cannot exceed this area.  Vehicles can be moved to overflow parking for maximum use of space.

OPTION 4 - SINGLE PARKING SPOT - KIDS AND/OR CARE HOMES - FREE
Approx. 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
No tables provided. 
All tables/racks/displays (including your vehicle) must be within in the approx. 8 foot by 10 foot space and cannot exceed this area. Vehicles can be moved to overflow parking for maximum use of space. 
Customer shopping area must also be within this space. Customers will not have access to the sides of the space. 

INVOICES
Once application is completed, you will select method of payment:

1. Credit Card Payment (includes 2.9% credit card fee) 

2. Etransfer

You will be sent an invoice with details on how to pay. Do not pay until your invoice is received.  If you have not received your invoice within 48 hours off application, please email sask306events@outlook.com.  Applications and Invoices are processed in the order in which they are received.  Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt to hold your spot. 


CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT
Once payment are received you will automatically receive an email receipt. Please keep this receipt for your records.  Please allow up to 48 hours for this confirmation.  Your registration is not confirmed and your table is not held until payment is received in full. 

In the rare case where you have paid for a space that is no longer available, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours with options of different table and appropriate cost adjustment, or no table and your payment returned in full.

VERY IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION
 The following information MUST be filled out below or your application will not be accepted.  
1.    FULL NAME - we do not accept applications using only business name. We require a contact name.
2.    BUSINESS NAME - if you have one 
3.    BUSINESS DESCRIPTION - a description of your business and an all inclusive list of what you will be bringing
4.    EMAIL for CONTACT

7.    If any of the above are missing, your application will be declined.  


FULL & LIMITED VENDORS:
These lists will include MLM only.  We allow only 1 of each MLM at out events. 
If you apply for a spot that is already taken by another MLM your application will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Full payment is required to hold the spot.  
50% of space payment is a Non-Refundable Deposit.

Remaining 50% of table payment may be refunded under the following circumstances:
1. Cancellation form must be filled out.  This will be provided to you in the confirmation email. 
2. Cancellation form is completed MORE than 10 full days prior to the event. Cancellations 10 days or less will result in full forfeit of the remaining 50% of table payment.
3. 306 Events is able to fill your space.  In the rare situation where a waitlist is not available, we may be unable to fill your space and therefore unable to provide a refund of the remaining 50% space payment. 
4. Refunds of the remaining 50% space payment are not processed until the sale is closed to ensure mistakes are not made.  Should you be eligible for a refund it will occur within 7 days after the sale is over. 
5. Refunds of the remaining 50% space payment will be processed in the manner they were received (credit card, etransfer, etc).  If you paid by cheque we will contact you to process the refund. 

In accordance with the FCAA and the Government of Saskatchewan,  you may cancel this contract from the day you enter the contract until 10 days after you receive your copy of this contract (sent automatically by email) with no penalty and receive a full refund.  You do not need a reason to cancel. After 10 days the above policy will be in effect.

TERMS OF CONTRACT
This is a contract between the applicant - named as above - and 306 Events.  The applicant agrees that they will be the one attending the event and they will NOT SELL their table to another vendor.  The applicant also agrees that they will only bring the products listed above.  Only one business per table. Should the applicant not follow the above, they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

LIABILITY STATEMENT
306 Events, Amy Peacock and Darlene Hartshorn will not be held liable for any damages, accidents or injuries to vendors, patrons or property as a result of your product, booth or display.   306 Events, Amy Peacock and Darlene Hartshorn will not be held liable for any product sold by individual vendors.  This includes but is not limited to: food safety; licensing, trademark and copyright laws; textile regulations;  and all other regulations imposed by the Government of Saskatchewan and/or the Government of Canada.  Vendors acknowledge full liability and vendor insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the vendor. 
The vendor, individually, or as a representative of their business or organization, agree to the above requirements and hereby fully release and agree to hold harmless the 306 Events, consisting of Amy Peacock, Darlene Hartshorn, and their employees and representatives, successors and entities, together with their insurers, of and from any and all liability, claims, damages, expenses, injury or causes of action for any reason.

RIGHT TO REFUSE/ABUSE POLICY
The organizers will not tolerate threats, abuse, or other aggression. 
The organizer reserves the right to terminate this application and the agreement at any time and provide a full refund to the vendor for any reason.
