Monday, April 28 Off Site Activity at Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Activities include a 3 mile (2 hr), calm water kayak or paddle board trip, as well as hiking, and swimming. A full list of amenities is here. Please indicate your interest below by selecting ONE option below:

If selected, facilitators and presenters agree to complete a 2-3 page Executive Summary no later than one week after the event. After the event, executive summaries will be available for download by the broader AEC community. 
Complimentary registration is provided to all facilitators and presenters at this year’s roundtable event.

2025 AEC Acoustics Best Practice Roundtables

Sunday, April 27 to Friday, May 2, 2025 

Lake Swan Camp. Melrose, Florida. 

Registration is complimentary for session facilitators. Facilitators agree to complete a 2-3 page Executive Summary no later than one week after the event. Post event, executive summaries will be available for download by the broader AEC industry.

Event Pricing is $1899. Includes all lodging, meals, roundtable sessions, and offsite / onsite activities. General registration opens January 20, 2025.
