近日，中國女生曾雨璇的命運引起了廣大關注。原是香港中文大學的法律博士生的她，在今年的元旦遭到逮捕，理由是在香港街頭悼念前年「7.1刺警案」的涉案者梁健輝。儘管獲准保釋，但在六四前夕，她再次被捕，被指涉嫌參與展示「國殤之柱」直幡的活動，並被控「企圖作出或準備作出具有煽動意圖的作為」罪。曾雨璇在認罪後被判囚6個月，成為第一位被判「煽動罪」的「港漂」。

然而，更令人擔憂的是，曾雨璇在服刑期滿後，被香港政府以「不受歡迎人物」的條款遣返中國，由10月12日至今下落不明。她的家人只能不斷尋求消息，隨後，曾雨璇的母親回到中國後亦已失去聯絡。這令人極度擔心曾雨璇和她的家人的安危。

面對這樣的情況，我們呼籲全球關注曾雨璇的處境，並對中國及香港政府對人權侵害的行為表示譴責。作為一個法律博士生，曾雨璇以和平表達意見的方式，受到了不公平的對待。她的被捕和判刑引發了對言論自由和人權狀況的嚴重關切。

言論自由是每個人的基本權利，而政府應該保護和尊重這一權利。然而，中國及香港政府對於曾雨璇的迫害行為，不僅違反了這一權利，更引發了對於整個人權狀況的質疑。我們強烈譴責中國及香港政府對人權的侵害行為，並要求他們立即停止對曾雨璇及其他人權捍衛者的迫害。

聲援曾雨璇，譴責中國及香港政府對人權侵害的行為！

Recently, the fate of Zeng Yuxuan, a Chinese student, has garnered widespread attention. She was a doctoral student in law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was arrested on New Year's Day this year for participating in a street commemoration of the "7.1 Police Stabbing Incident" involving the defendant, Leung Kin-fai. Despite being granted bail, she was arrested again on the eve of June 4th, accused of participating in activities displaying the "Pillar of National Mourning" banner, and charged with "attempting to incite others with intent" crime. After pleading guilty, Zeng Yuxuan was sentenced to six months in prison, becoming the first "Hong Kong drifters" to be convicted of "incitement."

However, even more concerning is that after serving her sentence, Zeng Yuxuan was deported to China by the Hong Kong government under the "unwanted person" provision and has been missing since October 12th. Her family can only seek information desperately, but on October 20th, Zeng Yuxuan's mother also lost contact after returning to China. This raises extreme concerns about the safety and well-being of Zeng Yuxuan and her family.

Faced with such a situation, we call on the global community to pay attention to the plight of Zeng Yuxuan and condemn the human rights violations by the Chinese and Hong Kong governments. As a doctoral student of law, Zeng Yuxuan has been treated unfairly for expressing her views through academic and peaceful means. Her arrest and conviction have raised serious concerns about freedom of speech and the human rights situation.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right for every individual, and governments should protect and respect this right. However, the persecution of Zeng Yuxuan by the Chinese and Hong Kong governments not only violates this right but also raises questions about the overall human rights situation. We strongly condemn the human rights violations by the Chinese and Hong Kong governments and demand that they immediately cease the persecution of Zeng Yuxuan and other human rights defenders.

We urge the international community to pay attention to the safety and freedom of Zeng Yuxuan. In the absence of information about her whereabouts, we should come together, make collective efforts, and ensure her safety and personal freedom. We need to hold China and the Hong Kong government accountable for their human rights violations and demand the protection of the basic rights of every individual.
