San Jose Animal Advocates Foster Parent Application

San Jose Animal Advocates is not a rescue organization but works with bay area rescue groups to place foster parents.  

PLEASE NOTE: Each rescue organization has its own processes and procedures. The rescue organization may ask you additional questions and require you to fill out their foster application. They may need a home visit. They will ultimately be the ones who approve your application.

Please do NOT attempt to meet the animal at the shelter without a rescue escort. The shelter will not show these animals to the public without a rescue organization representative. If you have any questions about this application, feel free to contact us at sjaa@sjanimaladvocates.org.
