Our event will offer light lunch and refreshments. Please advise us if you have any other special dietary restrictions.
How to apply
Please complete the form to request a ticket. Requests will be added to our ticket list, and issued on a "first come" basis. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirming email regarding your status on our ticket list. As tickets become available through our sponsored ticket package, additional tickets will be released and individuals on our ticket list will be contacted.

Ticket quantities are limited. We will be contacting people on our waiting list up to 12 hours before our event, and apologize in advance if a ticket does not become available. Prior to the event, you will be issued with an individualized ticket via our Eventbrite ticketing system.

If you have applied for and been issued an event ticket, but are unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to another person for no fee, or contact us at participate@tedxcalgary.ca to have the ticket reissued. You may also contact at this email address if you have questions about the event, or your ticket status.
