There are three program types available, and four program lengths:
- 12 weeks
- 26 weeks
- 38 weeks
- 48 weeks

Online Bronze:
- Weekly email support
- Facebook messenger communication for urgent matters / celebrating wins
- Facebook VIP group access
- Monthly program updates via my training app

Online Silver:
- (Everything that Bronze gets)
- Facebook messenger communication
- Skype support once per month (for program run through, up to 30 minutes)
- Phone support once per month (alternating fortnights with Skype, equal to a fortnightly check in, up to 30 minutes)

Online Transform:
- (Everything that Bronze gets)
- Facebook messenger communication
- Skype support once per month (for program run through, up to 30 minutes)
- Phone support three times per month, around Skype sessions (up to 30 minutes)

This is so exciting! I can help you get started and make some great progress with a 12 week plan, and then we can continue to work together for however long we need to reach your goals, where it's appropriate! There really is something for everyone :)
