Entry deadline is Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
- Float entries are defined as a decorated exhibit or scene mounted on a mobile platform and pulled in the parade.
- Clubs are invited to decorate a vehicle of their choosing.
- Walkers are encouraged with all entries to throw candy, etc. Candy may not be thrown from a trailer or vehicle. Candy and other giveaways must be handed out by walkers.
- Each vehicle, float, or group must be clearly identified with a full-size poster board with their club/group name.
- Lineup schedule and instructions will be sent to the email address provided on the entry form so an email address must be provided.
- Parade entries will be required to be in place at the staging area by 9:45 a.m. The staging area and parade line-up are located at the United Methodist Church (corner of Ada and NE 1st Street). It is recommended that all entries travel east on Ada to reach the staging/check-in point.
- Parade will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. and will follow a route beginning at NE 2nd Street and Main to NW 3nd Street. • All entries are asked to pause to be introduced at the Judge's table that will be located 101 W. Main St. (In front of Sharpe’s Department Store).
