Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between [Your Organization Name] ("CT") and the individual participant ("Participant") in connection with the event (the "Event"). By participating in the Event, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Announcements and Documentation
1.1. If the Master of Ceremony (MC) announces a restriction on capturing pictures or video during the Event, the Participant agrees to respect and adhere to this request.
1.2. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that CT retains shared ownership of any documentation, including pictures and video captured during the Event. CT reserves the right to use such documentation for promotional purposes.
2. Video and Picture Downloads
2.1. The Participant agrees to download any video and pictures captured during the Event, as recommended by CT. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the Participant's content.
3. Disclaimer
3.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following disclaimer: CT shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the Event. The Participant assumes all risks associated with their participation in the Event.
4. General Provisions
4.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between CT and the Participant and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
4.2. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
4.3. The laws of [Jurisdiction] shall govern this Agreement, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Participant has executed this Agreement as of the date of participation in the Event.
