LVPOA Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application
The 4th Annual Holiday Bazaar will be at the K-Oaks Club House, 7000 Bar-K Ranch Road in Lago Vista, TX on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 10 am to 4 pm. Space is limited so please sign up early. Applications are due no later than October 15, 2019. Each vendor is required to donate something of a $20 value for a door prize and provide three jpegs. of products or services being offered.
8' x 10'= $25, 6' x 6' =$15.
ALL BOOTHS ARE INTERIOR, NO CANOPIES CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE FOR $10 ADDITIONAL FEE. WIFI IS NOW AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE.

Please Reserve the following for the November 9 Holiday Bazaar
One 8' x 10' Booth for $25
Two 8' x 10' Booths for $50
One 6' x 6' Booth for $15
Two 6' x6' Booths for $30
I require and agree to pay $10 additional for electricity (available only at booths along the walls)
I agree to provide a door prize valued at a minimum of $20 to be provided on the day of the event.
Event Coordinator will forward the Agreement and Indemnification document which must be signed and returned via email or traditional mail before vendor is approved. To make payment via credit card, call the LVPOA office. 512-267-2895. Or, deliver a check by mail or in person to the LVPOA office at: 20503 Dawn Drive, Lago Vista, TX 78645 ATTN: Event Coordinator. Booths are not formally reserved until payment has been made. Money will be reimbursed if a vendor is not approved.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
