At the beginning there will be a short and interesting presentation containing: - the principles of rational nutrition, - valuable tips for reading food labels,- a description of the pyramid of healthy eating and physical activity according to the latest guidelines of the National Food and Nutrition Institute (IŻŻ).
Next in groups we will be preparing delicious dishes according to the healthy recipes. Each group will have a different recipe.
We will be preparing:
lard made out of white beans, creamy tomato and lentil soup, wheat Bran Muffins,
At the end of the workshop all the participants will taste and enjoy what they have prepared.
