Roots Forward Vendor Form

Roots Forward is a monthly dance music event hosted by Rhythm Science Sound in collaboration with Jubilee Field.

We are looking for community groups, artists, craftpersons, tarot readers, food pop-ups and more! Folks who want to share space and make our Sunday day party even more of a collective experience. 

We are working with Jubilee Field to ensure our vendors are in alignment with the values of the space, this form does not guarantee participation. We ask that all food vendors are able to provide their permit through Louisville Metro to serve food.

We will reach out to you once the form is completed to confirm your vendor spot. We ask that you stay for the entirety of each event you vend and you help promote these events to your network. 

Rhythm Science Sound  is a design and education studio focused on exploring the intersection of music+technology+culture through creating and learning. Our studio is located at 902-904 S Shelby Street in the historic Smoketown Neighborhood of Louisville Ky.
