Please use this from to report when your child will be absent from school on a given day.  This form will count as your "note" or "written-excuse" to the school for the date(s) entered.

The Bethlehem Central School District recognizes that regular school attendance is a major component of academic success. For high school students, a minimum number of attendance days are required to earn credit in full-year and half-year courses.  Please reference the BCSD attendance policy as related to course credit: BCSD Attendance Policy 5100.
