Kids in the Woods Camp 2019

Campers ages 7-11 years old will learn about their relationship to the natural environment. Through a hands-on arts activity oriented program children use both artistic and scientific skills to observe, identify and collect natural materials and processes. They then diagram and record their experiences through activities in visual arts such as clay, paint, drawing, collage, sculpture and other media including found objects in nature. They develop literary arts through journaling, poetry and storytelling. We will provide a healthy mid-morning snack, but campers will need to bring their own lunch.
