If you're looking to elevate your game at work, figuring out what's the way forward in life / relationships, or trying to learn how to manage stakeholders, or if you're just struggling to find satisfaction in your career, this is just for you! In 2024, we launched Coaching for the Community and witnessed hundreds of people gain clarity in their careers, lives, and personal growth. Seeing the real impact coaching had on them reinforced our commitment to making it accessible to even more people—so we’re bringing these pro-bono coaching sessions back this year, bigger and better! There are no strings attached nor payment expected in these coaching engagements, only if you find it useful, you may have the option to make a contribution to our selected charity - https://www.giving.sg/donate/campaign/ECIxAWS

Why are we doing this? This initiative is our way of giving back to the community and sharing the transformative power of coaching. We’re offering pro-bono coaching to individuals eager for self-discovery, growth, and change in the year ahead. As trained coaches who have personally experienced the impact of coaching, we want to pay it forward and make this powerful journey accessible to more people in Singapore.

Many people have asked - So, what do we (ECI) get out of this? 
Simply put, we believe in people. Our stand is to help individuals lead lives that are more fulfilling and true to themselves. Seeing people gain clarity, grow, and take meaningful steps forward is what motivates us. And while these sessions are entirely free, any donations made go towards fundraising for Ambulance Wish Singapore (AWS)—helping fulfill the last wishes of terminally ill individuals. So in the end, it’s about creating impact, both for you and the wider community.

What you can expect in a coaching session: The beauty of coaching lies in its adaptability to a vast array of domains that you could seek growth in. If you would like to work on other domains aside from work, do feel free to sign up as well.

How to participate? 
We will be launching a closed group in-person coaching introduction for you on 23rd August (Saturday) - 2pm to 5pm. You will need to attend the session in-person as that's where you'd be meeting your coaches and choosing who to work with. Location: ExtraSpace Asia Bizplus @ Commonwealth! (Step by step directions will be provided once your attendance is confirmed!)

In this session, you'll get to learn more about what coaching is (& even pick up some basic coaching skills!), what a coaching session entails, and most importantly, meet the coaches and work with the one that you feel most comfortable working and interacting with.
