Stevens Elementary Absentee Reporting
Absences and Late Arrivals should be reported by 9:00 AM.  This form should be completed by the student's legal parent/guardian only.  Stevens School administration reserves the right to contact you directly to verify the legitimacy of this form.  

For Dismissal Requests use the "Pick-Up Request Form" found on the Stevens webpage.

It is each student’s basic responsibility as a member of the school community to be on time and attend all classes. Daily telephone calls will be made to parents or guardians to confirm unreported absences. Attendance records are recorded per NYS Ed. guidelines.

If homework is requested, please email the teacher directly, homework can be picked up at the main office after 3:15 p.m.  **Please note: Per district policy, teachers are not required to provide homework for vacation absences.
