RSVP for 11/24 Bargaining Session

SWC has successfully pressured management to the table! We are bargaining with the university on Monday, November 24th (11/24) at 1pm in Sockman Lounge at the Interchurch Center (475 Riverside Dr, New York, NY 10115)--a room with 170 person capacity. We will also be holding a pre-bargaining caucus at 12pm at the same location and on Zoom and will have hybrid caucuses periodically throughout the bargaining session.

By holding the line on open bargaining and insisting that any of our members be able to observe bargaining in-person, we were able to win a bargaining session on our terms. We escalated through our march on management to deliver our articles and through regular tabling, flyering, picketing, and comms directly calling out the university's bad faith tactics to make this happen. Now, we will be bringing our articles on the following:

Healthcare and benefits
Working conditions
Parents benefits
