2025 A2N - Truck Transportation of Sailing Gear from Newport to Annapolis
- The fee for transport s $50 each way.
- The fee will be charged when items are dropped off
- AYC members may charge fee to member account.  Non-members may pay by credit card (MC/Visa/Amerian Express) or check.  Credit cards will incur a 3% administrative fee.  If paying by check please make it out to the Annapolis Yacht Club - Memo: A2N

Guidelines and Request for Space
Drop off Information
Dates: After Race - Wednesday, June 11th - 1500
Place: Newport Yachting Center

Pick Up Information
Dates: Friday, June 13th & Saturday, June 14th, 0900-1700
Place: AYC Sailing Center (Eastport Side), 510 Severn Avenue
The following equipment is allowed:
-Inflatable Dinghies (must be deflated and packed in a bag)
-Outboard Motors up to 10 HP (all motors must be drained)
-Spare Sails (sails must be bricked)
-Awnings, Bimini Frames, and other boating gear of reasonable size and weight
The following are not allowed:
-Fuel
-Bikes
-Rigid or Semi-rigid Inflatables
*Other large or unsafe items may not be allowed at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
All individual items must be clearly marked with boat name, contact name, and phone number to be accepted on the truck.
