Youth Writing Conference 2017 Registration
The 9th annual Youth Writing Conference will be held May 12 in Strong Hall on the campus of Missouri State University. Students in grades 5-8 will participate in interactive writing sessions led by OWP Teacher Consultants. Check-in is from 8:15 to 8:45. Students should be picked up at 2:30.

PRICE REDUCED! Registration is $40 which includes lunch.
Registration and payment must be received by April 21. Limited seats are available, so register early.

NEW THIS YEAR: An opening session in Plaster Student Union (8:50-9:15) with a welcome by MSU President Clif Smart. The public is welcome.
Classes will be split into sessions for grades 5-6 and 7-8.

NOTE FOR PARENTS: Attendance at this conference grants the Ozarks Writing Project permission to use photos and written work from the conference in promotional features for the Writing Project. If you would like your child to be exempted from such photos or work, please send an email indicating your preference to Colleen Appel at
