Fall 2019 Schedule Change Request

READ THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAREFULLY!
Schedule changes will only be granted if:
1. A student is scheduled to take a class for which they have already received credit
2. There is a hole in the student's schedule
3. Student does not qualify to take the course.
4. There is a schedule conflict
All requests for a schedule change must have approval from administration. A detailed reason for the change must be included.
The deadline for submitting a schedule change request form is Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019. No late requests will be accepted after 5:00 pm on this date.
Students will follow the schedule they have been given until notified by the Mrs. Nelson or Ms. Moody that a change has been made. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the student being counted absent in the scheduled classes.
