Distance: 200 Miles (321.9km)
Time Limit: 80 hours

Route
- To ensure fairness, every participant should follow the official route which will help reduce dispute in the distance clocked (the distance shown on your GPS watch/phone may be inaccurate).
- Any deviation from the official route will not be counted in the distance covered (for example, walking back to your home/accommodation/wrong route will not be added into your total mileage)
- You must show/provide evidence that you have followed the official route via any of the following means:
(A) Use your apps/watch to track/follow the route that you are taking. NOTE: Please ensure you press the 'Start' button on your apps/watch/device. Send/share your activity after you complete it to Ben Swee so we can verify.
(B) Follow someone who uses an app/watch to track/follow their movement and ask them to act as your guarantor.
(C) Take a selfie/wefie with a landmark in the background or street name/junction every 5km interval and immediately post it on Facebook or send via message to Ben Swee.

*Whistle
*Blinker attached to your back/front (so others are aware of you)

Safety:
*Do not take part/continue if you feel unwell. This is a very challenging distance & should not be taken lightly.
*Please ensure you have sufficient water/food with you. There are some long stretches where drinks/food is unavailable.
*Adhere to traffic rules & signals. Cross only when it is 100% safe.
*There is no road closure.
*Keep on the footpaths. If you have to run on the road, please run in the direction of oncoming traffic.
*Give way to other path/road users. Share the footpaths.
