Please complete the following vendor application form for the 2018 OHA Holiday Mākeke (Marketplace) that will be held on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Nā Lama Kukui (OHA Headquarters). The deadline to apply is Dec. 1. Upon acceptance, vendors will receive instructions on submitting a $100 refundable deposit to reserve their space. Mahalo.
