Please use this form to apply for free or reduced cost dog training sessions. Before submitting your application, please keep in mind that this is income and circumstance based. Only use this application if you have a true need for free or reduced cost training. Please only apply only once.

Applications are available for everyone, but priority is given to elderly and veterans. Free or Reduced sessions are awarded at the discretion of Dynamic Duo Dog Training Services, and there is no guarantee of award or continuation.  
Sessions are not always awarded solely based on income, but priority is given to those who show a financial inability to pay for training sessions and are in dire need of assistance. 

All applicants are placed on a waitlist and will be contacted for scheduling once selected. If you are contacted but do not respond within 7 days, your application will be put back on the waitlist and your spot will be offered to the next applicant.
