Presentation applications are now being accepted for the 2018 GLOBE Annual Meeting taking place on 01 July 2018 in Killarney, Ireland. All presentations at the Annual Meeting will be oral presentations (no posters this year!).

Timeline:
* Presentation Applications Due: 01 March 2018 (Note: No late applications to present will be accepted.)
* Presentation Acceptance Notification: 15 March 2018
* Presenter confirmation of time and attendance at the Annual Meeting: 01 April 2018

Presentation Type *

Select your preferred presentation type below. The times given include a question and answer period, so your presentation should account for Q&A. Due to timing and room considerations, there are fewer available spaces for longer presentations. Note that final presentation times are at the discretion of the Annual Meeting planning group.

Report Out (15 minutes) - This is a brief presentation to share your chosen topic. It should only be a report out and does not include time for demonstration or teaching. Similar topics of presentations will be grouped together.

Teaching (30 minutes) - This allows some time for demonstration of your topic, but does not allow for hands-on activities by participants.

Panel (60 minutes) - This is for a thematic panel discussion by multiple presenters. You should provide the names of the presenters in the next section.

Workshop (90 minutes or more) - This is to allow for more in-depth sharing of a protocol, learning activity, or other activity. This format should include demonstrations and hands-on participation by attendees.
