Survey for Youth Apprenticeship
The Youth Apprenticeship (YA) program is a rigorous one-or two-year elective statewide program for juniors and seniors, that combines academic and technical classroom instruction with mentored, on-the-job training to provide students with industry-established occupational and employability skills. Students will need to enroll in elective course relevant to their career pathway and complete 450 hours at the YA work site each year. Successful completion of this program will result in earning a state certificate and possible courses transferring to college through dual credit.
