This is the signup for destinations this summer. Any updates will be emailed as needed.
Please complete one form per vessel/family.
IMPORTANT: When you submit your response, you will receive an email from Google Forms with your responses. SAVE THIS EMAIL. If you save the email, you can go back in and edit your responses. Another option is to select the EDIT RESPONSE link and bookmark that URL in your browser. Then you can pull it up at any time. If you delete the email and do not save the URL, you will have to request another form and complete the form from scratch. REGARDING THE GMAIL ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY BELOW (if applicable): If you see an email address when you have not yet entered yours, it is because google Forms will automatically attempt to identify a google email account to save progress on this form. You will not need to log into this email address to return to the form. No communication or interaction will occur with this google email account. This email address is unrelated to the field further below, which will be marked with a red asterisk (indicating this field is required), where you will please enter the email address of your choice for cruise sign-up.
